Abstract

Sistem pemilihan pegawai berprestasi yang berjalan di KPU Sumatera Selatan masih belum memiliki efektivitas dalam prosesnya. Masalah ini timbul dikarenakan indikator nilai belum jelas atau tidak ada yang mengakibatkan pihak penilai dan pengambil keputusan terkendala dalam menentukan finalisasi atau keputusan akhir sehingga menyebabkan proses pemilihan yang bersifat subjektif atau berpihak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah mengimplementasikan metode Analytical Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) pada Pemilihan Pegawai Berprestasi pada Instansi Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sumatra Selatan. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah membantu dalam memberikan rekomendasi Alternatif PNS Berprestasi dan transparansi hasil penilaian kepada pihak instansi terkait yaitu Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Sumatra Selatan. Hasil Perhitungan yang didapat yaitu perangkingan pegawai PNS terpilih sebagai rekomendasi PNS terbaik dengan penilaian kriteria yang telah dinilai melalui sistem. Kata Kunci : AHP, PNS, Prestasi, Rekomendasi, SPKThe election system for outstanding employees that runs at the KPU of South Sumatra still does not have effectiveness in its process. This problem arises because the value indicator is not clear or does not exist which results in the assessor and decision maker being constrained in determining the finalization or final decision, causing the selection process to be subjective or partial. The purpose of the research to be carried out is to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Election of High Achievers at the General Election Commission (KPU) of South Sumatra. The benefit of this research is to assist in providing recommendations for Alternative Civil Servants with Achievement and transparency of the results of the assessment to the relevant agencies, namely the General Elections Commission (KPU) of South Sumatra. The calculation results obtained are the ranking of PNS employees who are selected as the best PNS recommendations by evaluating criteria tht have been assessed through the system.
