Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Carang Utama. .lenis penelitian ini analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Carang Utama yang berjumlah 65 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Carang Utama, dan beban keria berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Carang Utama.
