Abstract

This research aims to know the public perception agains its public services witch exsist in the Preparation of Tebing Bulang Timur Village,Musi Banyuasin District.The quantitative approach with survey methods. The Sample using proportioned stratified random sampling of the with total population 253 people consisting of 81 elementary school, 80 junior high school , 80 high school and 12 elementary school. The data are collected by usingdocumentation, questionnaire and interviewtechnique. The researth uses independent variable that use three indicators of public services were administrative services, goods services and services. Based on the results of the analysis, in conclusions public perceptions intoward public services on indicators administrative service82.0%, goods service77.9% and services 66.0%. The results of the analysis test anova obtain significant .000 means <0.05. His decision to accept Ha and refuseHo, continued test tukey seen in output of homogeneous subsets that every society level of education at SD 70.10, SMP 72.10, SMA 77.54 and PT 79.76. It means the higher level of education, going to behigher the test scores as well and that gives the perception on public service both in administrative servicesare conformity with expectation community in the Tebing Bulang Timur Village,Musi Banyuasin District.
