Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Puskesmas Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Puskesmas Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang yang berjumlah 52 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Muara Pinang Kabupaten Empat Lawang.
