Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecernaan ransum sapi potong komersial yang diproduksi oleh PT. H. Zul, yang berada di Baturaja. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sriwijaya dari bulan Maret sampai April tahun 2011. Penelitian ini mcngunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 (tiga) perlakuan dan 5 (lima) ulangan. Masing-masing perlakuan, Ransum A, Ransum B; Ransum C. Parameter yang diamati meliputi Koefisien Cerna Bahan Kering (KCBK), Koefisien Cerna Bahan Organik (KCBO), dan N-Amonia (NNH3) dengan metode Analisa ln Vitro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nutrisi antara ketiga ransum tersebut tidak berbeda nyata (P < 0.05).
