Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine Physical Quality Wafer Complete Feed Grass Kumpai Minyak with addition of that vary material adhesives. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Nutrition Studies Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya and Faculty of Animal Husbandry Feed Technology Laboratory, Bogor Agricultural University from April to July 2014. This study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The data obtained were processed by variance analysis. When the results of variance analysis showed that there were real influence will continued by LSD test. Based on these results it can be concluded that the addition of carrageenan has the best physical quality of the water content (9.19%), Specific Gravity (1.25 g/cm3), density (0.32 g / cm 3) and water activity (0.65%)
