Abstract

Pabrik Hydrogen Chloride direncanakan berlokasi di Jl. Raya Lambuan, Panimbang, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Pabrik ini meliputi area seluas 6 Ha dengan kapasitas 125.000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan Hydrogen Chloride dilakukan melalui proses direct antara klorin dan hidrogen yang berlangsung di Reaktor (R-01) pada temperature 1250 oC dan tekanan 4 atm dengan reaksi sebagai berikut : Reaksi : H2 (g) + Cl2 (g) 2HCl (g) Hidrogen Klorin Hydrogen Chloride Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan 173 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi, maka Pabrik Pembuatan Hydrogen Chloride ini dinyatakan layak didirikan. Dengan analisa Ekonomi berikut: Investasi = US $ 26.736.355,35 Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 98.130.485,60 Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 69.981.807,47 Laba bersih per tahun = US $ 18.296.640,78 Pay Out time = 1,6 tahun Rate of return on investment = 68,43% Break Even Point = 34,14% Service Life = 11 tahun
