Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model in the sewing training program conducted by the Local Regional Technical Implementation Unit Training Work of the Transmigration Service and Indralaya Workforce. The evaluation focuses on assessing the program's context, input resources, process implementation, and the outcomes achieved. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and document analysis to gather comprehensive insights. Findings indicate that the program adequately prepared facilities and resources, including sewing machines and teaching materials. However, challenges such as delays in material supply and reliance on conventional sewing machines were identified. Despite these challenges, the program successfully equipped participants with sewing skills and instilled ethical values applicable in daily life. Recommendations for enhancing future programs include updating equipment to meet industry standards and improving logistical management to ensure timely material availability.
