Abstract

The purpose of this study was to defme the effect of lotus leaf extract to survival of patin fish that infected by Aeromonas hydrophila Bacteria. This research was done at June 2010 in Aquaculture Laboratory, Aquaculture Program, Agriculture Faculty, of Sriwijaya University. The experiment was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design with five treatments and three replications. The parameters defme were survival, clinical indication and water quality. The result of research indicated that mixture of lotus leaf powder 12 mg/ 30 g fish biomass in feed effective to maintenance the survival rate of patin fish.
