Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Family Hope Program policy is implemented in Kepahiang District, Kepahiang District, Pasar Kepahiang Village. The type of research method used in this research is qualitative research, using the theory of George Edward lI (1980) throngh several faciors that infuence success and failure in implementation. policies, namely () communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition, (4) organizational structure. In this research, the author carried out data collection technigues using observation, interviews, and collecting documents related to the implementation ofthe Family Hope Program (PKH) Policy in Pasar Kepahiang Village. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of PKH in the field is going quite well, but there are aspects that need to be improved, namely aspects of clarity, authority, facilities and incentives. What is happening in the field is that there are some people who are still guestioning the existence ofparticipants andprospective participants who are considered capable but who receive PKH assistance, in the case where the facilities are not yet available. To support the program running well, the government can improve the system for collecting data on people who will receive assistance, So that there will be inequality that causes injustice, the government also provides facilities with adequate infrastructure such as computers, cameras for documentation, printers and provides a room/building as a sub-district secretariat office so that it is easier for the public to report and complain regarding program obstacles.
