Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Anugerah Bina Karya Cabang Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasinya karyawan PT Anugerah Bina Karya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 40 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dinilai menggunakan skala likert. Analisis regresi berganda turut disertakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisa hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah masing-masing variabel lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja karyawan.
