Abstract
Presentation of three-dimensional topographic be the best choice in planning to obtain a picture of the Earth's surface in accordance with the conditions in the field. Presentation of 3D topographic maps are used as the three-dimensional representation of objects on topographic maps. These objects may represent buildings, roads, and also as a body of water as well as the appearance of the condition of the 3D shape of the surface of the ground. Planning the road will be easy and efficient to do with the help of 3D display at the time of planning. In this research methodology consists of three phases is done using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 software, the first is an analysis of horizontal alignment planning. Horizontal alignment is made from STA 0 + 000 to the STA 2 + 300. In planning the horizontal alignment is taken design speed of 60 km / h. Then the next stage is the analysis of vertical alignment. At this stage the planned maximum vertical alignment with the flatness of the alignment plan was not more than 8% based on the book planning procedures of inter-city road geometric No. 038 / TBM / 1997. The flatness of the specified maximum speed of the plan are taken is 60 km / h. Subsequent analysis is the analysis of the amount of excavation and embankment volume results. Analysis of cut and fill this is to look for a balanced volume by taking into account the limitation of the maximum gradient. In this analysis using the method of trial and error until the result of the balanced volume as the end of the analysis. The analysis is intended to change the slope of the vertical alignment plan. From the analysis of the obtained amount of cut volume amounted to 8576.40 m3 while the fill of 8560.45 m3. The results of the total volume is obtained from the analysis of vertical alignment of planning which has remained at maximum flatness requirement of 8% based on Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota Keputusan Departemen Pekerjaan Umum No. 038 / TBM / 1997.
