Abstract
This study examines the impact of job satisfaction and work stress on work productivity within the context of a remote working system. Using a quantitative research approach, PT Uni Tokopo Teknologi, with its 55 employees, was analyzed using a saturated sampling technique with primary data. From the distributed questionnaire forms, the conclusion was reached that there is no effect of any independent variables (job satisfaction and work stress) on the dependent variable (work productivity). Based on these findings, the implications are: (1) there are other factors within each variable that might trigger the lack of a significant relationship; (2) there is a lack of relevance when linking the variables to study their effects on one another; (3) the context of dynamics occurring within the company.
