Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 16 Kota Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 16 Kota Bekasi dengan sampel berjumlah 40 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan program Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sementara variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 16 Kota Bekasi.
