Abstract
Zinc ion analysis in Sekanak River has been conducted using concentration cell potentiometric method. This method is proven valid because it has a correlation coefficient of 0.9980 linear area in the concentration range of 1x10-5 to 3x10-2 mol/L. The resulting precision was 0.9% with an average recovery value of 93.44%. In addition, the limit of detection (LoD) of the method was 1.03x10-6 mol/L and LoQ was 1.25x10-6 mol/L. The distribution of Zn2+ ions contained in the Sekanak river from upstream to downstream tends to increase.
