Abstract
This research was conducted at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Selatan Dan Bangka Belitung (Bank Sumsel Babel). The study took place at the Jakabaring Palembang Operational Head Office, with 123 employees serving as respondents. The research design employed an associative-causality approach, which is a type of research used to explore and understand the causal relationships arising from a conceptual problem in a practical manner. The data analysis technique utilized was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with Organizational Culture and Training as independent variables, and HR Performance as the dependent variable. The results indicated that both organizational culture and training had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Bank Sumsel Babel employees. Among the two independent variables, training was found to have a more dominant influence on performance compared to organizational culture. Employee training plays a crucial role in maximizing performance.
