Abstract

The pwpose of this research is to analyze how impactful is the financial compensation for the worker's of the Education Office of South Sumatra Province. The population in this research is all of the worker's of the Education Office of South Sumatra Province of with 673 people as the amounts. The sample of this research determined by cluster method so the amount is 87 workers of the Education Office of South Sumatra Province. The sample of this research using a primer data that come from the questionnaire and tinier regression analysis method as the technique that is used to analyz e the data. The data is processed with SPSS with significant result .000 less than . 005. this result of this result shows that financial compensation has a positive impact for worker's performance as 23,5%. While the remaining 76,5% worker's performance variable is influenced by another variable outside this research like work dicipline, motivation, work environment, etc.
