Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of working spirit to the teacher’s performance in LBPP LIA Palembang. The Population in this research were all Teacher’s LBPP LIA Palembang of 34 Respondents. The Sample technique in this research using the technique of saturated sampling. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis as data analysis technique. The Data is processed through the program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 24. The result showed that the effect of working sprit significant effect to the teacher’s performance in LBPP LIA Palembang.
