Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Ribbed Smoke Sheet (RSS 1) products at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 Kebun Musilandas. The primary objectives of the research include describing the RSS 1 production process, analyzing the marketing system, and evaluating marketing strategies using SWOT analysis and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM). The study employed a survey method, utilizing primary data from interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from relevant sources. The research respondents were key personnel in PT Perkebunan Nusantara I. The findings reveal that PT Perkebunan Nusantara I holds a competitive advantage in various aspects, including product quality, distribution, and strategic location, despite weaknesses in technology adoption and market penetration strategies. SWOT analysis indicates that the company is positioned in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive growth strategy. Thus, the company should focus on optimizing its strengths and opportunities to enhance competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
