Abstract

The reseacrh aims to identify and analyse how promotion influence the turnover of employees at PT. Pesonna Optima Jasa. The population in this research was all employees at PT. Pesonna Optima Jasa amount to 231 people. a sample of the population used stratified random sampling and using slovin technique sampling, therefore the sample of this research are 70 employees at PT Pesonna Optima Jasa. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distribute questionnaries and method of analysis us·ed simple regression ana(vsis. The results showed that the effect a/promotion is significant negative ~ffected to the turnover of the employees at PT. Pesonna Optima Jasa. Suggestions that can be given from this research are so that promotion in P'J'. Pesonna Optima Services can increase it again so ihat the company can keep employees loyal to the company so that the turnover rate of PT Pesonna Optima Services declined.
