Abstract

One of the important process in PDAM Tirta Musi is the process of recording water usage bills. Because these activities are done by visiting the home of each customer. By using mobile-based information system activities can be done effectively and efficiently. Mobile based information system is a solution that can be applied to facilitate the activities that are located outside the room. One of them by sms gateway which has the advantages of its use are simple to rapid delivery of data. The objective is to analyze the process of recording water usage in PDAM Tirta Musi and develop information systems of recording water usage mobile based. This system will directly manage every message that enters into the system according to the massages format from the sender. Which is realy help to make the process of receiving the results of the water usage record from meter officer in every costumer house
