Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang employees. The population in this study was all employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang, totaling 39 employees. This research used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 39 employees. The data used in this research is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment does not have an effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Palembang.
