Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee’s performance generation Z In PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)Divre III Palembang. The populaion in this study is allthe employee on PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) which numbers are 295 people and used a Proportional random sampling. Data collection method used a quesionnaires in the form of google form. Data analysis technique used are multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data is processed using the SPSS version 27. The results of work discipline findings have positive effect of employee in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang. At the same time work environment findings have positive effect of employee in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre III Palembang.
