Abstract

Stunting is a public health problem in many countries. In 2024, the problem of stunting in Indonesia became a national priority with a target of reducing it to 14%. In 2022, the prevalence of stunting in Musi Banyuasin Regency was 17.7%. One of the local government's efforts to overcome the stunting problem is through the Bimbingan dan Pendampingan Anak Sehat (BUNDA AS) innovation program. This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of the Bimbingan dan Pendampingan Anak Sehat Innovation Program (BUNDA AS) in the Tebing Bulang Public Health Center Working Area based on policy content and implementation context. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection using triangulation techniques. The results showed that overall the implementation of the program went quite well but there were obstacles in the implementation of its activities in the form of not maximizing the budget, not implementing cooking demonstrations and processing local PMT ingredients not in accordance with the predetermined schedule and not having SOPs related to the program but there are Guidelines for program implementation. In addition, it is hoped that the Tebing Bulang Public Health Center can carry out assistance in introducing local food with balanced nutrition to parents of toddlers.
