Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) and the work environment on the performance of PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Baturaja employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 90 respondents, male and female employees, where the average employee was 31-40 years old, with an average of D-VI/S1 education. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the higher the occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment, the higher the employee performance. It is hoped that PT Bakti Nugraha Yuda Baturaja will maintain and improve its occupational safety and health (K3) program, such as carrying out health checks every year, and it is hoped that it will be able to maintain and improve the work environment provided, such as a feeling of safety and conduciveness in the workplace.
