Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Village Fund Policy in Increasing Development in Sukamarga Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency". This research aims to find out and explain how the Village Fund Policy is Implemented in Increasing Development in Sukamarga Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research, where the type of data, data collection techniques and data analysis techniques are adjusted to the qualitative research method design. This research uses George C. Edward III's implementation theory which explains that there are 4 dimensions to measure the performance of public policy implementation, including communication, disposition, resources and bureaucratic structure. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Village Fund Policy in Increasing Development in Sukamarga Village, Buay Pematang Ribu Ranau Tengah District, South Oku Regency as a whole is quite good, but there are several things that need to be improved, which can be seen from communication that is already running well, resources which is not yet optimal, especially regarding the quality and quantity of human resources, the disposition of village government officials in managing village funds is pro-community and the bureaucratic structure is clear. The results of this research recommend that the village fund allocation policy in its management should not only be used for infrastructure development but also requires training and human empowerment programs, considering that the population of Sukamarga Village is dominated by the younger generation which should be more optimally utilized in developing superior village products such as coffee products which are the main source of local income and is the main livelihood of the population there so that development goals for community welfare can be achieved.
