Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee work productivity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 after implementing the Electronic Official Document Website (NADINE) in managing letters. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using interviews and observations to collect data. The results of the study show that the implementation of NADINE has had a positive impact on employee productivity, evidenced by increased time efficiency, reduced resource usage, and easier access to documents. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited training and socialization involving all employees, insufficient discussions related to the NADINE website, lack of recognition of employee performance by superiors, and the continued use of physical methods in some areas. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance active participation, provide more inclusive training, conduct regular evaluations, and develop NADINE’s features to achieve optimal employee productivity.
