Abstract

The SRIKANDI application is a digital platform developed by the Indonesian government to support the archival management process in government agencies. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the SRIKANDI application in improving service quality at Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang. The research employs a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with employees of Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang. Based on the research findings, the implementation of the SRIKANDI application at Bappeda Litbang Kota Palembang has been quite effective, as numbering and electronic signatures are no longer carried out manually but are now processed through the SRIKANDI application.
