Abstract

Radikal bebas yang berlebihan dalam tubuh akibat paparan jangka panjang dapat memicu stres oksidatif dan berbagai gangguan kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan senyawa antioksidan untuk meredam radikal bebas. Tanaman Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) berpotensi sebagai antioksidan alami. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menentukan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dan efek kombinasi yang tardapat pada bagian tanaman ciplukan seperti akar, batang, buah, daun, kelopak buah dan tangkai. Ekstraksi dilakukan menggunakan metode maserasi pada keenam sampel dengan pelarut metanol. Uji aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH dengan nilai IC50 terbaik pada bagian daun (94,53 µg/mL) dengan kadar flavonoid dan fenolik total 136,73 mgGAE/g dan 108, 97 mgQE/g. Uji efektivitas kombinasi ekstrak dengan metode DPPH didapatkan persentase inhibisi tertinggi pada kombinasi akar, kelopak buah dan tangkai ciplukan sebesar 90,83% dengan efek sinergis.
