Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran menulis teks berita berbasis Articulated Storyline di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa ini bertujuan (1) untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik terhadap media pembelajaran menulis teks berita berbasis Articulate Storyline, (2) menghasilkan rancangan media pembelajaran menulis teks berita berbasis Articulate Storyline, dan (3) mendeskripsikan hasil validasi ahli terhadap media pembelajaran menulis teks berita berbasis Articulate Storyline. Media ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, serta meningkatkan motivasi dan minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran menulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu analisis kebutuhan (analyze), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (development). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, angket, dan uji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, serta ahli bahasa. Validasi aspek media memperoleh persentase 88,6%, validasi aspek materi memperoleh 92,5%, dan validasi aspek bahasa memperoleh 85%. Selain itu, validasi juga menghasilkan berbagai masukan berupa komentar, kritik, dan saran dari para validator yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk merevisi produk. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut, media pembelajaran menulis teks berita berbasis Articulate Storyline untuk peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa dikategorikan sangat layak.
