Abstract
Website quality is an important factor that must be considered by institutions, because the website reflects the image of the institution in cyberspace. This study aims to analyze the quality of the Digital Library (Digilib) website of Sriwijaya University using the Webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The methodology used involves collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, with validity and reliability tests of the instrument using SPSS 24. The results of the analysis show that the average suitability of website performance is 90,77%, but the average gap value of -0,50 indicates that website performance is still below user expectations. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis identified that improvements should be focused on indicators in Quadrant I, including website appearance, competence, and service speed. This study recommends improvements in these aspects to improve overall user satisfaction.
