Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja Tenaga Kependidikan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) Tenaga Kependidikan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya.
