Abstract

His study aims to analyze the Influence of Competence and Workload on Employee Performance at PT Peputra Inti Indo Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin. The population in this study were all employees of PT Peputra Inti Indo Bayung Lencir Musi Banyuasin totaling 104 people. This study used the census method or saturated sample, where all employees were used as respondents because they were considered representative and possible to be fully reached. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Peputra Inti Indo Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin and vice versa, workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT Peputra Inti Indo Bayung Lencir, Musi Banyuasin.
