Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and Work-Life Balance on the performance of non-teaching employees at Al Alifah Jakabaring School, Palembang. A quantitative approach was employed, with primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The study population consisted of 33 employees, all of whom were selected as samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis indicate that, partially, workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, whereas Work-Life Balance has a significant positive effect. Simultaneously, workload and Work-Life Balance were found to have a significant influence on employee performance.
