Abstract

The development of e-book teaching materials assisted by the Canva and Book Creator applications on energy transformation material in grade IV Elementary School aims to develop valid and practical teaching materials on energy transformation material. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model consisting of 4 stages (Define, Design,Develop, and Disseminate). Data collection techniques use interviews, validation sheets, and questionnaires. The validity of the teaching materials is carried out by validation by material experts and media experts. The results of the media expert assessment were 96.875% (very valid) and the results of the material expert assessment were 100% (very valid). The results of the practicality of the teaching materials through student trials and teacher response questionnaires. The results of individual trials were 98.33% (very practical), small group trials were 100% (very practical), and large group trials were 97.33% (very practical). The conclusion of the results of the student trial was 98% (very practical). The results of the teacher response questionnaire were 96.42% (very practical). Based on the results of validity and practicality, it shows that the e-book teaching material product is very valid and practical for use in learning at school.
