Abstract
Kebutuhan energi listrik yang terus meningkat mendorong pengembangan energi terbarukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Energi surya menjadi salah satu solusi yang berkelanjutan, terutama di Indonesia yang beriklim tropis. Organic Solar Cell (OSC), sebagai teknologi generasi ketiga sel surya, memanfaatkan pewarna (dye) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serapan cahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat prototipe OSC dye-sensitized berbahan klorofil alami dari daun suji (Dracaena Angustifolia Roxb) dengan variasi pelarut aquadest, etanol, dan H₂O, serta mengukur tegangan, arus, daya masukan, daya keluaran, efisiensi, dan fill factor yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe OSC berhasil dibuat, dengan nilai efisiensi tertinggi dihasilkan pada sampel 3 dengan nilai sebesar 0,021% dengan menggunakan campuran larutan H.O.
