Abstract

The Regional I ESDM Service Branch is one of the branches of the ESDM Service in South Sumatra Province. In Regional I, the management of mining licenses is still carried out conventionally, which can result in difficulty managing, searching for, and protecting licensing data. This method also requires a large amount of space as the volume of mining license data increases. The aim of this research is to develop a website application to help ESDM Regional Office Branch I employees in South Sumatra manage mining licenses. This research project uses the agile method for application development. The agile method application development stages include creating product and sprint backlogs and sprints. Application testing is carried out after all sprints have been completed. The result is that the application and each feature can run optimally without obstacles. Using agile methods to develop applications in this study runs smoothly and meets the needs of users of the regional ESDM service branch in South Sumatra for managing mining licenses.
