Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of E-Service Quality on Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia application in the city of Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The sample size in this study was 100 respondents, with data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The F test shows that the variables efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact have a significant simultaneous effect on purchase decisions on the Tokopedia application in the city of Palembang. Furthermore, in the t test, it shows that the variables efficiency, privacy, and responsiveness have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application in the city of Palembang, while the variables reliability, fulfillment, compensation, and contact do not have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia application in the city of Palembang.
