Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Workload Dan Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan sempel diambil sebanyak 50 karyawan tetap. dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis data. Data yang diperoleh di uji dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara workload terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Palembang.
