Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bumdesma Bayung Lencir, populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bumdesma Bayung Lencir yang berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling/tebar kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan masa kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti peningkatan masa kerja diikuti dengan peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berarti peningkatan promosi jabatan diikuti dengan peningkatan pada kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan masa kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
