Abstract

This study was aimed to analyze the effect of income, expenses, down payment and interest expense on credit decisions. The data source used in this study were the consumers who have taken motor vehicle loans at Adira Finance of Palembang Branch which were collected using a questionnaire as the technique for collecting the data. The populations of this study were the consumers who have taken or are taking credit for motor vehicles at Adira Finance of Palembang branch in the 2016-2018 period. The samples of this study were 82 respondents chosen through the purposive sampling method. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique as the technique for analyzing the data. The results of this study indicated that Expenditures, Advances and Interest Rate Charges have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Credit Decisions while Revenue has no significant effect on Motor Vehicle Credit Decisions.
