Abstract

This study aims to design a website-based system for managing product catalogs and orders for micro-enterprises, using Warung Layyan as a case study. The main issue lies in manual stock, order, and delivery processes, which are inefficient and prone to errors. To address this, a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach was applied, emphasizing user needs throughout system development. The process included user requirement analysis, wireframe design, implementation using Laravel and MySQL, and system testing through black box and usability testing methods. The results indicate active user involvement and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 68.13, which falls into the “usable” category. The system is considered feasible, improves operational efficiency, and can serve as an effective digital solution for similar MSMEs.
