Abstract

Petty cash is used to finance the operational activities of institutions that are routine in nature, relatively small in value, and cannot be processed through contract mechanisms. Control over petty cash is also an effort made by the institution to maintain the value of the existing cash. This final report is prepared to understand how the Mechanism of Funding & Managing Petty Cash at the Palembang District Court Class 1A Special is carried out. In practice, the use of petty cash has been categorized according to the type of expenditure and the amount of funds used. The transfer of money from the petty cash holder to the user must be accompanied by a receipt/verification document signed by both parties to avoid errors.
