Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan antara software MYOB accounting dan microsoft excel terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode trueexperimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI IPS berjumlah 74 siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tes dan observasi. Hasil analisis data observasi kelas eksperimen diinterpretasikan aktivitas pembelajaran peneliti tergolong sangat baik. Hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametris yaitu uji t. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ≥ , maka hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara software MYOB accounting dengan Microsoft Excel terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang. Kendala penelitian yaitu siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan software MYOB accounting dan terdapat nama-nama akun dalam software MYOB accounting yang memang tidak dapat dimodifikasi karena database telah terkunci sehingga menyulitkan tahap penyesuaian.
