Abstract

This report aims to analyze the procedure for preparing the budget realization report for Land and Building Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Palembang City. BPHTB is one of the main sources of Regional Original Income (PAD), so its management and reporting are crucial for the sustainability of regional development. The realization of BPHTB revenue in 2024 did not reach the target. Evaluation of the reporting system shows the need for improvements in several areas. This report provides recommendations for improving the reporting procedure to be more accurate, efficient, and support regional financial transparency.
