Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership transformasional on employee' s performance at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang City. This research uses census data that take all os 36 employees a.as the sample on the re search. This study uses questionnaire to collect the data from 36 respondents. Result of this research by using the empirical test effects on e mployees perfonnance (variable Y) at PT Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang City. Leadership transformasional taht is applied to this company is the leadership transformasional of democracy, leadership transformasional directly effect ·employee performance on creating jobs. This leader with the right leadership transformasional will improve the performance employees to work. The re sult show that leadership transformasinoal gives hu ge significant on employees performance.
