Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi PT PLN (Persero) UID S2JB dalam mengkampanyekan Program Srikandi PLN sebagai bentuk komitmen perusahaan mendorong pengarusutamaan gender dan budaya kerja inklusif. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran kesetaraan gender sekaligus memperluas peran perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan model lima langkah perencanaan komunikasi Hafied Cangara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi disusun berdasarkan riset internal mengenai rendahnya pemahaman isu gender dan minimnya representasi perempuan di posisi strategis. Dalam tahap perencanaan, tim menyusun pesan inklusif serta memilih media efektif seperti WhatsApp Group, podcast, majalah internal, dan media visual. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan Srikandi movement, flashmob, dan kampanye digital. Evaluasi menggunakan survei Likert untuk menilai efektivitas media dan keterlibatan pegawai, sedangkan hasil dilaporkan ke manajemen sebagai bahan evaluasi. Secara keseluruhan, strategi komunikasi ini sistematis dan berorientasi pada transformasi budaya organisasi dalam membangun kesadaran kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan.
