Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diukur dengan Tobin's Q. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalab perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam LQ45 pada tahun 2012-2014. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 23 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Good Corporate Governance yang diproksikan dengan Kepemilikan Institusional, Komisaris Independen berpengaruh signitikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan variabel Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusabaan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan variabcl Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusabaan.
