Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the the quality of crude fiber, extract eter and BETN of storage periods wafer kumpai minyak grass with Carrageenan adhesive. This research was conducted in Laboratory of feed and Nutrition program study agriculture faculty, University of Sriwijaya on November until December 2014. This study used completely randomized design (CRD), which consist by 4 treatments and 5 replicates such is with R1 (Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive 0 week storage), R2 (Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive 2 week storage), R3 (Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive 4 week storage) and R4 (Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive 6 week storage). Data on percentage crude fiber, extract eter and BETN. The results of study showed that the Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive was unsignificant effect (P>0,05) to the percentage of crude fiber, extract eter and BETN. The conclusion of this study showed that Wafer kumpai minyak grass with carrageenan adhesive can be save until 6 week storage periods.
