Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kontrak pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Rimbo Bujang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari kuisioner dan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Data diproses melalui program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Kasus pada karyawan kontrak PT. PLN Persero Rayon Rimbo Bujang).
